General Responsibilities

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in IT
  • 2 year work experience in Customer Service
  • Remote/phone/onsite support for all clients
  • Competent in Setup, support and maintain Hardware and Software
  • Detailed job documentation
  • Competent in all Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Manage Monitoring clients
  • Manage Service Contract clients
  • Must be able to diagnose and repair network systems as required to maintain effective use of those
    technologies
  • Must be able to analyse networking needs and recommend effective courses of action to address identified
    issues, as well as providing valuable recommendations to the clients/sales team
  • Demonstrate competency in and knowledge of specific technologies as well as administrative procedures as
    required to fulfil the requirements of this position

Junior Technician
